Our Non-Negotiable Standards & Client Policies

A lender pre-approval letter (financed buyers) or proof of funds letter (cash buyers) must be on file before in-person showings are scheduled across all tiers. Tier level governs representation and access, not whether capital is verified.
No in-person showings without a signed agreement in place. This commits our fiduciary responsibility, advocacy, and strategic representation entirely to you.
For out-of-state investors, a virtual video walkthrough is conducted before committing to an in-person tour flight. Boots-on-the-Ground dispatch is coordinated directly with certified personnel.
Active and Strategic clients receive Katelyn’s direct line. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Messages received outside hours are prioritized the next business morning.
